Narrative. Leadership. Change.
In times of change and challenge, language matters.
The stories we tell shape how culture evolves, how leaders make decisions, and how people understand their role in what comes next.
Rarely is it about capability, commitment, or effort
individuals.
It is about a story equal to who you're becoming. and the clarity to lead from it. For people standing at a threshold, when something in life or work is ready to change, and they're ready too.
Ignition Sessions create the space for decisive clarity: reconnecting you with your own authority, your own narrative, and the next step that has been waiting for you to claim it.

organisations.
For organisations, it's rarely about strategy either.
It's about a story that has kept pace with who they've become — and the alignment to act from it.
For organisations at pivotal moments, when the gap between who they are and what they're saying has become impossible to ignore, I work with leadership teams to find the narrative that aligns purpose, people and public voice.

The work of re-membering.
The conscious and courageous act of calling back the parts of yourself you left behind somewhere along the way.
Not to recover who you were.
To become who you must be, right now.
About.
Over the past two decades I have worked across the technology and cultural sectors in Australia and the UK, leading strategic communications, audience engagement and organisational transformation — turning curiosity into connection, and connection into advocacy.
Today I work with leaders, founders, and organisations navigating moments of change — helping them find the clarity and language that carries them into the next chapter.
Creative.
Alongside my strategic work, I maintain an active creative practice as an opera, chamber and cabaret artist, writer, mentor and collaborator. Across rehearsal rooms, classrooms and performance spaces, I continue to explore the transformative power of voice, not as metaphor, but as something practised and lived.
